The office is located directly behind French Quarter Restaurant on Hwy 6 in the brown two story building.
Coming from Hwy 6, turn on Lakeview Haven Drive and turn into the driveway right before the sign that reads “Copperfield Professional Center”. Drive directly alongside of the church. There will be an opening that allows you to drive into the parking lot of the brown two story office building.
If you are coming for your first appointment, please allow yourself extra time to find the building if you are not familiar with the area
